We keep the list short on purpose. Fewer trades to coordinate, tighter schedules, and a crew that has done your scope before.
Gut renovations and reconfigurations on Denver’s older housing stock — bungalows, ranches, and split-levels that need the floor plan opened up.
The two rooms that carry a home’s value. Cabinetry, tile, fixtures, and the rough-in behind them, sequenced so the room is out of service once — not three times.
Ground-up custom and spec homes on infill lots and Front Range acreage — from excavation and foundation through final grade and certificate of occupancy.
02 — How a job runs
Every stage ends with something you can see: a number, a drawing, a permit, or a finished room. Typical durations shown for a mid-size remodel.
We walk the house together, measure, and talk through what has to change versus what you’d like to change. You get a written scope and a line-itemized budget range — not a single number on a business card.
Plans drawn, structural engineering where the scope calls for it, and every selection locked before demo: cabinets, tile, fixtures, flooring, paint. Locked selections are what keep a schedule honest.
Submittal to your city or county, then a build calendar with each trade’s start date and each inspection. You see the same schedule we run the job from.
Demo, rough-in, inspections, close-up, finishes. Site protected and swept daily, one superintendent on site, and a short written update every Friday with photos and what’s next.
We build the punch list with you, not for you. Final inspections, warranty documents, paint touch-up kit, and a folder with every manual, permit, and as-built.
03 — Who runs your job
ENR Innovations came out of ten years running residential jobsites across the Denver Metro — coordinating trades, calling inspections, and answering for the schedule when something slipped. That’s the same person you meet at the walkthrough and the same person you’ll find on site.
Most remodels don’t go sideways because of craftsmanship. They go sideways because nobody owns the sequence.
So we keep the company small and the communication direct: one point of contact, selections locked before demo, and a written Friday update for the length of the build. No call center, no rotating project managers, no surprise change orders for work that was always going to be necessary.
We work across Denver, Englewood, Littleton, Centennial, Lakewood, Arvada, and the surrounding Front Range communities.
